Student Billing Ends Friday 4/19!
Regardless of permission status, all student billing ends on Friday April 19th. Beginning Monday April 22nd - no students are permitted to bill any items to their account. Please note: Student billing always ends the month before school finishes.
Students may still make purchases via cash, credit card, Greenlight, Perch gift card or Apple pay!
Your student may bill a gift card up until 1:00 pm on Friday 4/19 in the store (with your permission and an email with that permission to is preferred)
Gift cards do NOT expire, ARE transferable to another student and DO roll over to next year if not used completely.
If you purchase a gift card in the store - you will receive a plastic card, if you purchase a gift card online - you will be emailed a code you can print or show on your phone and re-use until funds depleted.
Inventory is now complete - Thank you for everyone's patience - the good news is that we have put lots of items on sale and clearance! We are making room for new fun items next year so pick up some of these favorites at huge discounts while they last!
New sports items will be added to the sale each week - currently we have listed a few of the winter sports items and will be adding some from the fall sport season soon. One set is an "Everything $25" sale and the other list is even bigger discounts. Check out our $5 and $10 bins when you come into the store

All orders must be picked up at the Hickory campus. Store hours 8-1 Monday - Friday or you can email:theperch@covenantschool.org to arrange to have it left at the front desk which allows pickup until 4pm daily. Students can also pick up during the morning or lunchtime! We do not offer shipping at this time.

The Perch Weekly Update 10/9-10/13
Sorry for the late update!!! Lets start with our very first Middle school team order - remember - all middle school teams can order a shirt with team logo on the sleeve or back neck - middle school stars logo and then you can add and make it your own - look what middle school football did! More pics to come of that team. Contact the Perch if your middle school team would like to design a shirt!
Ok homecoming - lets go!! The Perch will be open Friday during Fall Fest and the Covenant Football game - Go Eagles! We would like to extend a special welcome to all Birdwood families to come shop in person at the store-we are fully re-stocked with all sizes of hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, and more! Parents - that means you too - we have lots of mens and womens gear! Come stock up and get a preview of our new cold-weather gear coming in November. See you at Fall Fest!!

The Perch Weekly Update 9/25-9/29
Our sports teams have great family support so we are now offering the design of "family" shirts for your team. Shirts are designed by the varsity team for your sport then made available to all levels (ms and jv families) to wear at games! Football is the first team to take advantage of this and proudly wore them at their last home game. Contact the Perch if you would like to design a shirt for your team.

Also remember our first billing cycle will come out next week. This will include all purchases made by your student (siblings are separated onto their own Facts account) Keep in mind this total may include mandatory items like cross country and tennis uniforms, soccer socks or art supplies. Is your student losing their backpack or instrument? Try a Covenant bag tag - mark with their name and grade on the back and it will always make its way back to them! Great for backpacks, instruments or sports bags.

Featured products and updated messages will now be featured here each Monday! We will let you know if sports items have arrived, feature new products or hot selling items or messages about upcoming events and sales.
Most of the fall sports items have now arrived. There are still a couple special orders that have not arrived but check back soon! Most of the fall sports items are NOW available all season long. You can order rght up to the championships at the end of the season.
We have full stock for polos, 1/4 zips, sweatshirts and t-shirts. Come see us at Fall Fest this year during the all-school event for great deals! New full zip jackets and quarter zips are available to order online or pick up in the store and are selling fast!
USED BOOK SALE- Open for sales all year
The Used textbook sale remains open all year to replace lost books or allow new students to purchase.
If you entered a book into the sale, you will receive a Perch gift card for the amount it sold for (less a small fee for processing) The first round of gift cards have been issued - we will send more out when we check sales in October. You may use these gift cards on any Perch merchandise including books and clothing You can also use them online and in the team sports stores. These gift cards do not expire and are transferable however cannot be replaced if lost.
THE PERCH :
During the school year, we are open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. daily. All in-stock item orders can be picked up the next day in the store. You may also request for your order to be held at the front desk at the Hickory Campus which allows pickup until the school closes at 4 p.m.
Remember: Custom sports orders are non-returnable (you may exchange sizes with what we have) and take an average of 10 days for pickup. Students will be notified when their items have arrived and students can pick up during the school day. Just contact The Perch if you do NOT want your student to pick up or you want to make other arrangements ie. birthday surprise etc...
